To improve the user experience, we collect anonymous usage statistics which are buffered locally and securely uploaded when an active internet connection is available.

This application does not require access to sensitive device permissions such as your camera, microphone, or contacts. It may require standard storage permissions to save your reading progress locally.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to deliver advertisements and analyze app performance:

  • Google AdMob: Used for advertisements to keep our software free to use. Google may process basic device data, such as hardware model, operating system version, and advertising IDs, to show relevant ads.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to track anonymous events (such as story opens, completion rates, searches, and bookmarks) to help us understand user behavior and optimize our content catalog.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your reading progress and local settings remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Analytics data sent to Firebase is stored anonymously and does not contain personal profiles.

Mealtime Alarm is a 100% offline-first application. All data regarding your meals, alarm schedules, and consumption logs is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite/Room database. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

2. Required Permissions

Notifications
Used to ring alarms and sound alerts.
Exact Alarms
Required to schedule reminders precisely down to the minute.
Display Over Other Apps
Necessary to launch the full-screen ringing alarm window when your device is locked.

3. Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate with any third-party advertising, analytics trackers, or external cloud networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your meal records, alarm schedules, and consumption logs remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. AstrixLabs does not store this data on external servers.
